These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of all mobile applications published under our developer account (“we”, “our”, or “us”) on the Apple App Store. By downloading or using any of our apps, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our apps.

Use of the Apps

Our apps are provided to help users manage, organize, and enhance their device experience. You agree to use the apps only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not misuse the apps, attempt to disrupt their functionality, or use them in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.

User Content and Permissions

Some apps may request access to device data such as photos, videos, or contacts to provide specific features. You retain full ownership of your data. We do not claim ownership over your content, and all processing is performed locally on your device unless stated otherwise.

You are responsible for reviewing and confirming any action that involves deleting or modifying data. We are not responsible for data loss resulting from user actions.

Subscriptions and Purchases

Some of our apps offer optional auto-renewable subscriptions to unlock premium features. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel an active subscription.

Ads and Third-Party Services

Our apps may display advertisements provided by third-party services such as Google AdMob. We may also use services like Firebase for analytics and crash reporting. These services operate under their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for their practices.

Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the apps, including but not limited to design, text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by us or licensed to us. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our apps are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the apps will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements. Use of the apps is at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of our apps, including data loss or device issues.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to any of our apps at any time if you violate these Terms or misuse the apps.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page and will apply to all apps under our developer account. Continued use of our apps means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
